On most music blogs such as mine, a cappella is a genre not oft touched upon. However, as a member of an a cappella group myself, I think I have a moral obligation to expose you to top notch a cappella, and the right to do some shameless self promotion. I'm not the biggest Glee fan out there. As a member of the Lehigh Melismatics A Cappella Ensemble, I think it's super cheesy and the majority of them aren't very talented. However, this week we saw newcomer, Darren Criss, perform and I am happy to saw that talent has arrived! Performing Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" with the Tufts Beezlebubs, whom also arranged the song, Darren Criss and Glee finally get something right. If you aren't impressed by this arrangement...something's wrong with you.
